Located in the northern part of the state on a 108,000 m² site, this will be the company’s largest facility, dedicated to packaging milk, cheese, yogurt, and desserts.
Teodoro Espejo Barradas, Chairman of the Board of MIYM, stated that the plant will be equipped with cutting-edge technology to strengthen production and distribution capacity in the domestic market, positioning the company as a benchmark in the dairy industry.
Economic Impact and Distribution Platform
Operations are scheduled to begin in early 2027, consolidating Aguascalientes as a strategic hub for the food industry. The facility will enable MIYM to supply the entire country with top-quality standards, strengthen regional value chains, and promote the integration of advanced technological practices.
Governor Tere Jiménez emphasized that Aguascalientes offers competitive advantages such as security, highly skilled talent, and financing programs, factors that continue to attract large-scale projects. “Our culture of productivity and coordinated efforts ensure that more investments will find here the best place to grow,” she said.
Meanwhile, the State Secretariat of Economic Development, Science and Technology confirmed it will provide institutional support at every stage of the project, ensuring efficient processes and investment certainty.
