The Texas Economic Development & Tourism (EDT) published a study revealing that the state has been the fastest growing in terms of business relocation.
According to the report, during 2022, more than 30 companies from different industrial lines moved their operations to the state of the "Lone Star."
Most of the companies that relocated come from the state of California, and the preferred destinations for their installation were Austin, Dallas and Houston. According to the EDT, the state of Texas leads the nation in job creation and population growth over the past 10 years.
As the 10th largest economy among the world's nations and home to 50 Fortune 500 company headquarters, Texas offers a business-friendly climate, with no corporate taxes or personal income taxes, along with a highly-skilled workforce, easy access to global services, markets, robust infrastructure and predictable regulations.
